Balance

To show the number of messages and workflow task runs that are left in the current allocation, see Analyze | Virtual Agent Usage. See also Build | Messaging Tasks, Build | Chatbot Tasks, Build | Workflow Tasks, and Build | WhatsApp Tasks.

Alerts

To raise an alert when usage approaches the limits allocated under the Studio account plan, see Manage | Account Profile. Contact your service provider to increase allocations.

Usage Limits

The original limit to Studio usage can be calculated as follows.

Original Limit = Allocated Units * Studio Service Limit

Example:

For one allocated unit, ChatBot messaging is limited to 20,000 messages.

If bursting is enabled, usage can exceed this original limit.

Bursting Limit = Original Limit * Burst Percentage / 100

Total Limit = Original Limit + Bursting Limit

The service provider configures bursting for the Studio account on the Digital IVA plan. The service provider must also be configured for bursting.

The service provider configures the burst percentage for the Studio account, also on the Digital IVA plan. The maximum burst percentage is configured on the service provider plan.
