Virtual Agent Usage

Analyze the usage of the virtual agent on Studio accounts.

  1. From the Analyze menu, select Virtual Agent Usage.

  2. Select from the tabs at the top of the screen.

  3. Filter the display.

    Parameter

    Description

    Search

    Enter a search term to filter on the name of the Studio account and tasks in the account.

    Date

    Select the date range.

    Service Provider

    Select the service provider. The selectable list depends on the logged in Studio user.

    Account

    Select Studio accounts. The selectable list depends on the selected service provider and Studio accounts available to the logged in Studio user.

    Tasks

    Select Studio tasks. By default, All Tasks display for the selected service provider and Studio accounts.

Voice

Column

Description

Account

The Studio account.

Account Plan

The account plan assigned to the Studio account.

Total Calls

The number of inbound and outbound calls.

Total Seconds

The sum of the duration of all calls in seconds.

For each task, click More to open the Voice Detailed Log with these details:

  • Date in UTC time

  • Phone number

  • Call type as inbound or outbound

  • Call status

  • Call duration

  • Call completion reason (typically, hang up)

Messaging

Note:

The number of messages left setting indicates the number of messages still available to send and receive on this month's quota for the Studio account.

Total Messages

The number of messages.

Total Segments

The number of message segments. One segment equals 140 characters. Each message is made up of one or more (whole number) segments.

  • Message origin (incoming or outgoing)

  • Message sender

Workflow

Note:

The number of runs left setting indicates the number of times a workflow task can run on the remainder of this month's quota for the Studio account.

The number of times a workflow task was run.

Total Duration

The sum of the run-times of workflow tasks.

Biometrics

Current Enrolled

The number of current enrollments.

Total Transactions

The total number of verifications, enrollments, and voice print deletes in the selected time and grouped by call ID.

  • Final status (good or fail)

Transcription

Column

Description

The Studio account.

Total Usage

The number of times the transcription service was used.

Total Number of Blocks

The number of blocks used to store transcriptions. Studio stores transcriptions in 15 second blocks.

Total Seconds

The sum of the duration of all transcriptions in seconds.

Tone Analyzer
