Bridge Transfer
Use the bridge transfer node to transfer the call so that the call remains in the current loop after it is transferred, during talk time with the caller at the transferred telephone number, and until the call is terminated. Use bridge transfers cautiously.
Name
Give the node a name.
Transfer to Phone Number
Enter the phone number required to transfer the call.
To enter the phone number, click the pencil to the right of the field. This will open the Expression Builder.

ANI modification is network dependent. Consult your service provider for information on its implementation, including possible limitations to providing an ANI not associated with your service.

To enter the display name, click the pencil to the right of the field. This will open the Expression Builder.
Transfer Time-Out (seconds)

No Answer/Busy Event Handler
Select the call flow to follow if the transfer is unsuccessful. This field is required.
The call flow will be created on a canvas from this task. If the canvas has not been created yet, then type the name of the canvas in the field.
On Hold Music
You may want the caller to listen to an audio file while placed on hold. From On Hold Music, click to upload a WAV file (maximum 2MB).
