Editing Call Flow Templates
Service providers can edit call flow templates in their purview. System users can edit call flow templates published to the system.

From the Discover menu, select the Task Library option.

Hover over the call flow template. If you have permission to edit the template, click Edit Canvas to open the item in the Call Flow Editor.
If you do not have permission to edit the template, you will see Preview Canvas instead of Edit Canvas.
Publishing Changes to the Library Template
Follow these steps in the Call Flow Editor.

Click Save Current Version.

Click Re-Publish.
A Studio user with access to the Studio account can import the call flow template again to use the new version.
