Preview Mode

If the task is locked for editing, the term PREVIEW MODE shows in the upper-left of the call flow editor screen.

Use the menu and take actions as follows in preview mode.

Yes. You can show but you cannot change current assignments.
Edit task properties

 

Yes, you can show task properties. You can only change tags and the setting to Enable Debug Logs.

For tasks on a digital channel, you can alter the log conversation messages in system logs setting.

Open the canvas menu

 

Yes. You can open the canvas menu to search for a canvas and change the canvas display. You cannot delete or rename a canvas.
