Recordings

Play and download recordings of caller audio as generated by the record node.

  1. Open the call flow editor.

    1. From the Build menu, select Tasks.

    2. Hover over a voice task and click View Canvas.

  2. Top-right of the canvas, click Show Recordings.

    Column

    Description

    UUID

    UUID (Universal Unique Identifier) of the call where the record node was run.

    Filename

    Name of the file where the recording is stored.

    Timestamp

    Show the date and time of the recording in the time zone selected for the Studio user profile. If a time zone is not selected for the Studio user profile, the time stamp shows the date and time in the time zone selected for the Studio account.

    Play Audio

    Action

    Description

    Download the recording.

    Play the recording.

    The system deletes recordings after seven days.
