Campaign Data

Show the status and related information for each outbound number in the campaign.

Opening Campaign Data

  1. From the Build menu, select Campaigns.

  2. From the campaign dashboard, select the campaign.

    Initially, only on-demand campaigns are shown. To see list-based campaigns, click the List-Based tab.

  3. From the Actions menu, click View Data.

Description

Click to see passed parameters, the call channel ID, and the outbound call UUID.

The channel ID is a unique identifier for a single call segment. A task execution, represented by a UUID, can have multiple call segments, each with a unique channel ID.

Phone Number

Outbound number to call.

Call Status

Answered, for example.

Uploaded At

Date and time the recipient number was uploaded. See Uploading Data.

Number of Retries

Number of times the phone number was called in this campaign.

Error Call Status

To troubleshoot the error, click ">" to the left of the row to see the call channel ID and the outbound call UUID. These values are also recorded in the System Log.

When the failure is at the start of the call, the call channel ID and the outbound call UUID are not recorded in the system log. They are recorded on this screen.
