Opening the Library

From the Discover menu, select Task Library to show call flow templates in a card style format.

Selecting the Type of Template

Call flow templates appear according to their type. Use the tabs at the top of the screen to navigate through the types (Voice, Messaging, Workflow, ChatBot, WhatsApp).

Call flow templates appear in card format.

Click the card to display the properties of the template. Hover over the template for actions.

Call Flow Template Properties

Click the card to display the properties of the template to the right of the screen.

Property Description

Name

Name of the template.

Description

A brief description of the template.

Publisher

The template was published by this service provider.

Date Published

The template was published on this date.

Import Count

The template has been imported to Studio accounts this number of times.

User

The template was published by this Studio user.

Account

The template was published from this Studio account.

Setting/ Action Description

Download

Show the number of times the template has been imported.

Preview Canvas

Click to open the template in the Call Flow Editor. You can preview the call flow. You cannot edit it.

Service providers can edit templates. See Editing Call Flow Templates.

Create Task

Click to create a task in your Studio account using the template.
