Users

Create a Studio user or invite an existing Studio user to a Studio account. Manage the Studio user role and permissions.

Creating Studio Users

  1. From the Manage menu, select the Users option.

  2. Click Create User.

  3. Fill in the User Properties.

Note:

When a Studio user is created, an email invitation is sent. Ask the Studio user to open the invitation and click the link to create a profile and set a new password.

Managing Studio Users

  1. From the Manage menu, select the Users option.

  2. Select the Studio user from the table.

    The columns of the table are as follows.

    Column

    Description

    Email

    Studio user email address.

    Login Time

    Last login time (Zulu time).

    User Role

    Studio user access to the account is given by the role.

    Service Provider

    Service provider for the account.

    Account

    Studio user has access to this account.

    Status

    Studio user status is active or inactive.

  3. Click to Edit or Delete the Studio user.

    The Edit action configures the User Properties.

Note:
  • When permissions change for a Studio user, to verify those changes have taken effect, ask the Studio user to log out of Studio and log in again before verifying changes.

  • When you delete a Studio user, click Force Delete if the Studio user details remain for an extended period of time.
