Calendar

Use the calendar node to route the call according to a calendar day, month, and year. The schedule can be set to repeat, to consecutive calendar days, and to a start and end time.

Before you create the calendar node, set the schedule in a Holidays content item.

To route the call according to the day of the week, use the Daytime node instead.

Name

Give the node a name.

Selecting the Holiday Schedule

Select from the holiday schedules created under Build | Content | Holidays.

Holiday Goto Node

Select the node. The call routes to this node during the holiday schedule. Select from the nodes accessible in this call flow or type the name of a new node.

Otherwise Goto Node

Select the node. The call routes to this node outside of the holiday schedule. Select from the nodes accessible in this call flow or type the name of a new node.

Assign Matched Holiday Schedule to Variable

A holiday content item can have multiple schedules. For example, a holiday content item called Christmas Break from December 25 to December 26 could have a schedule called Christmas day set to December 25 and a schedule called Boxing Day set to December 26.

Select a variable in this field to have the name of the schedule available to the node. From the above example, this variable holds the value Christmas Day or Boxing Day depending on the actual date.

This field is not required.
