Daytime
Use the daytime node to route the call according to the time of day and the day of the week. For example, you may want to use the daytime node to route the call to an operator during business hours and voicemail out of business hours.
To route the call according to a calendar day, month, and year, use the Calendar node.
Name
Give the node a name.
Time Zone
Select the time zone for the time and day of the call route.
Match Keywords
Create a match for the time of day and day of the week for the call route.

Select a start time. Times are specified in 24-hour notation in the hh:mm format in 15-minute increments. If you leave the start time blank, the start time is 00:00 (the start of the day). |

Select an end time. Times are specified in 24-hour notation in the hh:mm format in 15-minute increments. If you leave the end time blank, the end time equates to the end of the day. |
Goto Node |
Select the node. The call routes to this node for the matched day and time. Select from the available nodes in the call flow or type a new node name. |
Otherwise Goto Node
Select the node. The call routes to this node when there is no matched day and time.
This field is required to ensure best practices are followed, where the call flow has a backup node, even though in some cases that may seem redundant.
Example
In this example, the daytime node routes the call to the Main_Menu node on weekdays between 9:00am and 5:00pm. The daytime node routes the call to the After_Hours node on weekends.
