QforMe Check Waiter

Use to check the QforMe service is available with waiters ready to allocate. Request a token to assign the caller to a waiter.

Note:

The QForMe nodes are available when your Studio business account has an active QForMe service. Callers use the QforMe service to request a callback from the next available call center agent instead of waiting in a queue.

Name

Give the node a name.

Select Queue

Add the call to the selected queue.

Queues are created under Build | QforMe | Queues. Create a queue if necessary. See QforMe.

Check Waiter Token

The check waiter token assigns the caller to a waiter. It is used by QforMe Add to Queue to assign the waiter to a queue. The token expires after 15 minutes.

Select the variable to store the token or type the name of a new variable.

Response Code

The response code adheres to HTTP response status codes. For example, code 200 indicates the request succeeded.

The response code can be useful for debugging purposes.

To store the response code, select a variable or type the name of a new variable.

Response Message

The response message is played to the caller if no waiter is available. If you do not provide a response message, the caller is left in the queue without explanation.

Select the variable containing the response message or type the name of a new variable.
