Account Properties
Service providers fill in these properties for a new Studio account. Service providers can edit these properties for an existing Studio account.
Opening the Dialog

From the Manage menu, select the Accounts option.

Select from the table of existing Studio accounts or click Add Account.

Fill in the properties.
Name
Name of the Studio account.
Note
Notes about the Studio account for your reference.
Logo
Optionally, upload a logo for the Studio account.
The logo appears in the top left corner of the Studio user interface next to the account name.
Display Date Format
Set the format to display dates and times for the Studio account.

The Studio user sees the date and time display in the following format:

Studio users with access through Admin Console cannot set a Studio user display date format.

The international date format if not otherwise set.
Time Zone
Set the time zone to display dates and times for the Studio account.
The Studio user sees the date and time in the following time zone:

The time zone set for the Studio user.

Studio users with access through Admin Console set the time zone in Admin Console.

Studio users with access independent of Admin Console set the time zone in the user profile. See My Profile.

The time zone of the account, if not set for the Studio user.

The time zone of the service provider, if not set for the Studio user or account.
QforMe Trunk
Select the QforMe trunk.

Password Policy
Apply a password policy to Studio user credentials.
Select from the password policies added to the Manage section of Studio.
This setting applies to Studio users who log in from the Studio web site. It does not apply to Studio users who access Studio through the Admin Console.
Link Domain
Enter a Five9 domain ID to link the Studio account to a Five9 domain.

A Five9 domain links to one Studio account at a time. A Studio account links to one Five9 domain at a time. You cannot save account properties if you enter a Five9 domain ID already linked to another Studio account.
Service providers require manage.accounts.link-domain permission to link a Studio account to a Five9 domain.
Use File Service
Select this setting to add attachments to chat sessions delivered using Five9 Web Messenger.
This setting is relevant only for Studio accounts linked to a Five9 domain.
Click the toggle to select or deselect Use File Service.
