Studio Accounts
Service providers can create Studio accounts and manage Studio accounts.
Creating Studio Accounts

From the Manage menu, select the Accounts option.

Click Add Account.

Fill in the Account Properties.
Managing Studio Active Accounts

From the Manage menu, select the Accounts option.
The Active Accounts tab is to the front.

Select a Studio account from the table.
The account is highlighted. Account details including the status display on the right.
The columns of the table are as follows.
Column Description ID
ID of the Studio account.
Name
Name
Description
Five9 domain name
Studio account is linked to a Five9 domain.
Studio account users access Studio through Admin Console.
Studio account name
Studio account is not linked to a Five9 domain.
Domain ID
ID of the Five9 domain linked to the Studio account.

Take actions on the selected Studio account as follows.
Action Description Switch to this account
From the Actions menu, select switch to this account. The Studio account selected on the table is selected on the main menu. Studio operates as if you logged in to the selected Studio account.
Edit
From the Actions menu, select Edit to edit Account Properties.
Delete
From the Actions menu, select Delete. The account is now inactive. See Managing Studio Inactive Accounts.
Use File Service
When you select a Studio account to use file service, the Studio account can add attachments to chat sessions delivered using Five9 Web Messenger.
This is relevant only when a Five9 domain is linked to the Studio account.
In the table, the Domain ID column shows the Five9 domain linked to the Studio account.
From the display on the right, click the toggle to select or deselect Use File Service.
Managing Studio Inactive Accounts
When an account is deleted, the account moves to the Inactive Accounts tab and stays there for 120 days.
In the first 90 days, any service provider can activate the account as follows.

From the Manage menu, select the Accounts option.

Click the Inactive Accounts tab.

Select a Studio account from the table.
The account is highlighted. Account details display on the right.
The Days Left column shows the number of days until the Studio account is completely deleted.
No two Studio accounts can have the same name. If an active Studio account is given the same name as an inactive account, the inactive account name is given a numeric suffix, as in "Test Account(1)".

From the Actions menu, click Activate.
The account disappears from the Inactive Accounts list. The account returns to the Active Accounts list.
In the first 90 days, the account is inactive as follows. No calls are processed for the account. Studio users cannot log in to the account. Workflows stop. Outbound campaigns complete. Service numbers are marked inactive, but still assigned to the Studio account.
After 90 days, the service provider can no longer see or activate the account. Service numbers are unassigned from the account. System users can still see the account.
After 120 days, the account is completely deleted.
