Name
Give the variable a name.
Do not use reserved words.

Passed Parameter
Select Yes to use this variable as a passed parameter with workflow tasks or campaigns.

Default Value
Assign a default value to the variable.
There is a character limit when setting the value on the screen Build > Content > Variables. The maximum size is 500 characters. This limitation does not apply when setting the value while the task is running.
If the variable is used in multiple tasks, you might want to set a different initial value for each task. Use the Start node to do this.
