Campaign Actions

Take actions on a campaign.

Accessing the Campaign Actions Menu

  1. From the Build menu, select Campaigns.

  2. From the campaign dashboard, select the campaign.

    Initially, only on-demand campaigns are shown. To see list-based campaigns, click the List-Based tab.

  3. Open the Actions menu.

Description

Start Campaign (List-Based Campaigns only)

Change the campaign status to Pending. The campaign begins according to the next scheduled call time in Campaign Properties. At the next scheduled call time the campaign status changes to Active.

Stop Campaign (List-Based Campaigns only)

Stop a campaign that is active or pending.

Reset Campaign (List-Based Campaigns only)

Reset campaign data recorded against the recipient list such as the status of each recipient and the number of retries. Use the reset campaign action to reuse the recipient list.

Edit

Edit Campaign Properties.

View Data

Show the status and related information for each outbound number in the campaign. See Campaign Data.

API Info

Open helpful information on the RESTful API. Use the RESTful API to upload phone numbers and pass parameters, start and stop a campaign, and change the campaign schedule including the after hours action.

Make a Call

Test that the campaign works as expected. Dial a number (commonly your own number) for test purposes and pass to it any required parameters. See Outbound Dialer.

Upload Data (List-Based Campaigns only)

Supply a list based campaign with telephone numbers to call. See Uploading Data.

Delete

Delete a campaign.
